What gets logged
The site is served by Cloudflare Pages. Like any web server, Cloudflare records the visitor IP address, browser type and requested address in its logs. We rely on this for security and delivery, under legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Cloudflare acts as our processor.
What there is none of
No cookies, no local storage, no accounts, no forms, no advertising trackers and no profiling. We sell and share no data.
Cameras and outbound links
Camera pictures load straight from HAK servers, so your browser contacts HAK at that moment. We store none of them. Links to Jadrolinija and VesselFinder lead to their sites, where their policies apply.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure and objection, and the right to complain to the Croatian data protection authority (AZOP). Write to us with any request.
Accessibility
We aim at WCAG 2.2 level AA. The site works without JavaScript, survives 400% zoom, shows a visible focus ring and puts timetables in real tables. If you hit a barrier, tell us and we will fix it.
